You just can't beat the person who never gives up. -Babe Ruth-
What do you do while the school is closed and preparing distant learning opportunities?
Don't let you math brain decay... (the following options are only optional and will not count against your grade)
1) If you already have an Acellus course that you are working through, continue working on it 50 minutes per day, Monday - Friday to maintain and build the math skills you've already worked so hard for.
If you would like to sign-up for an Acellus Math course please email Mr. Abrams (Math Teacher). Acellus courses are aligned to Common Core Standards.
2) Some of you are working on an E2020 class. Please continue to complete any math courses in E2020. All questions regarding E2020 courses should be directed to Mrs. Veronica Perez (School Counselor). Note: not all Acellus courses receive credit in math towards graduation. Some only award elective credit. Please verify this with your School Counselor. Note: Your user ID and passwords are still the same. Go to the link below to sign-in, or download the Acellus app and login. https://signin.acellus.com/SignIn/
3) If Acellus doesn't seem right for you try looking into other free resources/classes (i.e. Khan Academy).
What do you so when we resume learning opportunities April 13th?
Since we are to maintain physical distancing guidelines in light of the current pandemic, the Math department will be offering enrichment assignments and make-up work for L.A.D.E math courses. You should also continue to complete your Acellus and E2020 courses.
Enrichment and Make-up work resources will be available soon.
